Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Customers can request a cancellation of their order only if the digital product has not yet been delivered or accessed. Once the download link has been sent or access has been granted, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any digital products.

• Exceptions: If you have been charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, please contact us at shahidsurpura9@gmail.com with your payment ID. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
